The Benefits Connection provides individual advocacy for people with disabilities in the areas of:

• Medicaid
• Medicare
• Mental Health Services
• Issues with service providers and social services agencies
• Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits determinations appeals
• Referrals to state agencies for services

The program uses non-attorney advocates to connect individuals to appropriate programs and services and provides information and the tools necessary for the individuals to advocate for themselves.
