The Mississippi Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities (MSCCD) is a private not-for-profit state-wide cross-disability organization formed in Mississippi in 1989 made up of Mississippians with disabilities (children, youth, and adults) and their families regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, economic status or religion, organizations that represent or advocate for people with disabilities, professionals who work in disability-related fields, and other interested citizens.
The Mississippi Parent Training and Information Center is a project of the Mississippi Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities and is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).
